Temporary Visa

Dream Abroad. Conquer with us.

A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), also referred to as a visitor visa or Canada Tourist visa is an official document issued by a Canadian visa office that is placed in the applicant’s passport to show that the applicant has met the requirements for admission to Canada as a temporary resident (either as a visitor, a student, or a worker).

Most of the time the visa is given with a validity of six months but sometimes officers can also give a shorter duration of stay, however, the date of this visa expiry is mentioned clearly on the passport. In cases where longer stays are required, an extension application must be filed for a visa at least 30 days prior to the date mentioned of expiry in the passport.
